If you are with an ISP such as AOL or Orange, you may find they block the standard SMTP port (25), therefore you cannot access our SMTP server.
We offer an alternative SMTP port number 26 that can be used with these ISPs.
Most mail clients let you change this port number from the same screen that you setup your mail account.
